Our computer center, complete with 25 state-of-the-art workstations, provides an ideal learning area for students to master skills in all aspects of computer technology. Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Photo Shop and numerous other types of software/applications are systematically learned by our students throughout their Valley Prep journeys.
Beginning in pre-school (age 3), Valley Prep students learn to utilize technology to increase their own ability to “learn to learn” through maximum technology packages. Students learn basic and advanced computer skills through classical, hands-on instruction from Director of Technology Mrs. Carrie Willis. Also, Mrs. Willis collaborates closely with all other teachers on campus to integrate technology into the various learning projects and subjects throughout the curriculum.
Our Valley Prep graduates enter high school with very advanced skills and able to apply countless “high technologies” to increase their academic and life success. Thanks to the Kubba and Malik families for their generous donations to fund the center!
